What we do
We run a phone line for homeowners in Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties who have a plumbing problem at home. Your call is connected to a plumbing provider who serves your area.
What we don’t do
- We are not a contractor. We do not inspect, repair or quote any work.
- We do not employ the providers, and we do not warrant their work.
- We do not handle insurance claims or make coverage decisions.
- We are not an emergency service. If there is a risk to life, or you smell gas or see sparks or smoke, call 911.
How we are paid
Providers and partners in our network pay us for referrals: for the calls we route to them. Any plumbing work is quoted, priced and agreed directly between you and the provider, and you decide whether to hire them.
Before you hire anyone
Providers are independent businesses, so check them yourself: ask for their California contractor license number and look it up with the Contractors State License Board, and ask for a written estimate before work starts. More questions to ask are on our checklist.
