These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Aterials LLC ("we", "us"), which provides the Nexo Plumbing referral service. They apply to your use of this website and the phone number on it. By using the site or calling the number, you agree to these terms.

A referral service, not a contractor

Nexo Plumbing connects homeowners with plumbing providers. Your call is routed to a provider in our partner network (or a partner’s call center); you speak with them, not with us. We do not perform plumbing, repair or restoration work, and we do not employ the providers.

Your agreement is with the provider

Any assessment, quote, price, schedule, contract and payment for work is between you and the provider your call is routed to. You may decline that provider and any quote they give. Nexo Plumbing is not a party to that agreement.

Who can use this service

The service is for homeowners in Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties. If you rent your home, contact your landlord or property manager first.

Check the provider before you hire

Providers are independent businesses. It is your responsibility to verify that the contractor you hire holds the license and insurance required for the work. In California, you can look up a contractor license on the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) website.

No warranty

Nexo Plumbing does not warrant any work performed by a provider, and makes no promise that a provider will be available for a particular address or time. The site and the phone line are provided "as is".

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed, or not performed, by a provider your call was routed to.

Emergencies

This line is not an emergency service. If there is a risk to life, or you smell gas or see sparks or smoke, call 911.

Calls and privacy

Calls are connected through a call-routing platform. Calls may be recorded for quality. How call information is used and shared, and your California privacy rights, are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without prejudice to consumer rights under California law.

Disclaimer: Nexo Plumbing is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service providers. All contractors/providers are independent and Nexo Plumbing does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on Nexo Plumbing.
